Adom TV is owned by The Multimedia Group which owns also the radio channels Joy FM, Luv FM, Nhyira FM, Asempa FM, Hitz FM and Adom FM. There may be short interruptions in the broadcasting of Adom TV. These interruptions are mosty filled with the latest recorded broadcast of Adom TV.

Adom TV has the highest audience share (18.4%) among all TV channels in the country according to Geopoll (Jan – March 2017). On December 7, 2016, the day Ghanaians went into the most recent Presidential elections, Adom TV commanded the highest audiences with over 1.2 Mio respondents saying they had watched the station at 20:30 hrs.

Besides political news, the station broadcasts diverse programmes from musical variety shows, infotainment, entertainment, religious broadcasts and sports.
